For the main study, collected data was cleaned, coded, and analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 29. Descriptive statistics including frequencies, means, and standard deviations was used to summarize respondent characteristics and variable distributions. Inferential analysis involved correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results were presented using tables and charts to facilitate interpretation and discussion of the findings.

Unique Contributions to Theory, Policy, and Practice: The study recommends that state corporations strengthen strategic thinking capabilities among leaders through regular strategic planning forums, leadership development programs, and environmental scanning initiatives.
